The initial stages of the home renovation include demolition, removal of unwanted plumbing and electrical fixtures, and the tearing down of walls.

We have begun framing and installing load-bearing beams, as well as sheathing and insulating the walls.

We are framing the stairs and closing off the kitchen, while also installing framing along the doorway to accommodate insulation and electrical panels.

Finalizing the finishing touches on the stairs.

Final installation of the door is complete, with only drywall and trim remaining to finish the project.

All doors have been installed, the drywall is complete, and the finishing trim is in place. A final coat of paint will wrap up the project.

Drywall, plaster, and finishing trim are complete—now it’s time for paint.

Once a bathroom in the back entrance hallway, this space is now a functional laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.

With fresh new appliances, updated windows, a fresh coat of paint, and more space, cooking is now easier and more enjoyable.

The single entry point enhances the efficiency of space by combining the upstairs washroom and bathroom.

Everything is complete with the new back entrance, featuring a washer/dryer setup and concrete footing for the back door, a new downstairs closet wardrobe, updated kitchen appliances, a refreshed bathroom, and new handrails. Additionally, a wall cutout has been created to let light flow from the kitchen into the dining room.
